Recently had a chat with a former GP trainee, who mentioned things are better with pass rate among international medical graduates.
If I was not failing by one and two marks in final exam CSA and two other friends, both with good knowledge, RCGP would only have required 9997 GPs more, and still less if I include many other doctors.
Now I heard the pass rate for foreign doctors is 80%.
For those who take GP as a career, some might need to think twice as if you are unlucky or if you don't have the "required communication skills" you are stuck in this speciality as NO non training jobs like - speciality doctor to continue unlike other specialities.
