    1. Explain Lewy Body Dementia to grandson (grandfather having visual hallucinations and non-cognitive symptoms of Dementia).
    2. Explanation of Lithium in BPAD.
    3. Systematic desensitization for agoraphobia.
    4. Social phobia vs panic disorder- history taking.
    5. 16 year old with mania- history.
    6. Post-partum psychosis + BPAD- Not on any medication currently. Previously was on Quetiapine and Lamotrogine ; has had 2 episodes of post-partum psychosis previously. Currently well since 1 year. Doesn't want lithium now as she wants to breastfeed the child. Wants opinion from you about lithium and other management.
    7. Olanzapine induced weight gain: shared management plan plus physical health concerns.
    8. Breaking bad news: meningioma

    7. Old lady Mania secondary to change in medicines for her Parkinsonism
    8. Schizophrenic admitted 3rd time following domestic violence
    Do risk assessment for factors which may increase risk of future violence
