    commonly used meds
    depression - fluoxetine , here the difference is slow titration I have done 10mg for one week and then to 20mg or 5 mg weekly up to 20mg max dose.
    20mg/5ml
    solution is very bitter i heard
    Insomnia - short term zopiclone, Promethazine, but long term melatonin

    Behaviours
    Emotional
    Psychosis

    In different set up
    at home, school and social

    Birth history

    Personal history
    Attachments

    School - name, which year, academic performance, attendance percentage, special/mainstream, behaviours, exclusions, peer groups

    Trigger- to ask about bullying is important


    tips
    If suspecting ADHD, ask if the behaviours are different to each parent, if different to each parent, this might be due to parenting skills

    Today I learnt that we can go up to 30mg of Fluoxetine in <18 years for depression

    Originally I thought max. dose might be 20mg in this age group
